Payment

❤ All payments are to be made through bank transfer or touchngo. Kindly include your order number as reference. Payment will be verified within 3 working days.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

❤ All orders will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours of non-payment.

 

Delivery

❤ Your order will be shipped once all items are available.

❤ Ready stock items will be shipped within 3 working days.

❤ Please separate your order for ready stock & preorder item if you wish to receive the available items first. Otherwise we will proceed with delivery once all the items available.

❤ Your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied.

You will receive a notification, such as an email or SMS, once your pre-order item has been dispatched. This notification may include a tracking number or a link to track the shipment progress.

Pre-order

❤ Pre-order usually takes at least 5-12 working Days, it might be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (such as delayed shipment). You will be notified if there is a major delay of your order.

❤ Pre-orders require payment in full at the time of placing the order.

❤ No amendment or cancellation shall be made after order is placed.

❤ As all brands we carry vary in sizes, we are only able to offer a general sizing guide.

In some cases, unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent us from fulfilling a pre-order. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a refund for the pre-ordered item.

Exchanges:

Once we receive the defective or damaged item, we will inspect it, and if the exchange is approved, we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund.
